About the Coffee
One of our fondest memories around this time of the year, is tucking into an indulgent dessert while sipping on a delicious cup of coffee. It is this balanced sweetness and the excitement of things to come that inspired us to create the Festive Blend.
We blended two types of naturally processed beans: P’ Sanchai (Chan Village, Chiang Mai) and Chang Pao (Le Tor Glo Village, Tak) and roasted them to a level that is well suited for both espresso and filter coffee.
For those who prefers espresso, you’ll get beautiful notes of blueberry jam, spice and plum. If you’re into filter, this coffee is mild in acidity and really quite comforting to drink.
